groove, flow, momentum

Well, I feel like I'm making great progress.
Health:
Viruses - seem to be nearly done
Fitness - two x 2hr walks, am routine, back ache resolved with stretches, pushing to walk, ride, surf several times a week,
diet is good ( discovered rice paper as bread replacement).
Mental Health - praying several times a day gives me peace, clarity of thought, simplicity.
Positivity is never guaranteed, needs constant promotion.
Listening to podcasts, watching utube to avoid random rubbish, offers motivation.
House:
Hot water - pump fitted, all good
Solar  - ordered
Digger - ready to order
Other - verandah gate, tidying underway.
Motor Vehicles
Subaru - new battery, oils bought for engine & trans.
Honda - batt rebooted, decide to strip it down later.
Himmy - batt charged, cleaned, tube ready for chx.
Royal - drive stripped waiting for parts
Today's Report:
Waking I did lower back stretches to good effect. Later I did pushups, holding squat & wall sit. Surprised I did 50xp'ups.
Outside, the Himmy lay on it's side havongvfallem off the stand as the front tyre deflated. I worried, figured & tried bit could not get her up. This upset me.
I packed for the beach via m/cy le shop; new tube, reorder rear sprocket for The Royal.
I got a good park, noting half decent small surf but forced myself to exercise. In sandals & Camino outfit I walked on a low tide beach to The Leggie. On the return went up Hang glider Hill. A sunbaker of 17 kept up & only at the top did she show utter exhaustion. Laughters.
Down Hickson etc. onto swim to see Tamber, grey, withered with an air of sexual predator.
The swim was waveless due to Xmas ebb, but refreshing.
Listening to podcast Cloudbase Mayhem. about paragliding & mountaineering but also men mostly going hard at life, pushing themselves hard, losing friends, buy persevering for the sport & "dirtbag lifestyle". Its the single mindedness, fitness, stoke & devil may care attitude that's inspiring.
Correspond with Mia about barrier cream for rising damp.
Joe helps with bike. Dinged tank! Blast. Its a wrinkle.
Buddhist Peace Walk across USA broadens my spirit, but today I learned that one of the monks struck by a car will lose a leg. I'm tempted to think "sad", but he will survive what was obviously a heavy accident.
