Camino prep, emptying the compost toilet, auto cat feeder
Some people putting up videos on social media really get off on themselves. Mistaking being able to edit a video with fame & knowledge. I mean honestly you producers, we watch videos to glean whatever we can, & I doubt any of us go there to have your point finger wagged on our faces.
But occasionally you discover a modest presenter who actually has something really good to offer.
This guy Jan is totally relaxed, unopinionated & reserved on offering advice. He just tells it like he experiences it, and he lives fairly deeply I'd say. For example I learned about Allan Watts podcast, that's worth the prove of admission.

I've spent an hour or so emptying pur conposting toilet this afternoon. Its an infrequent and unpleasant task but was made more delightful today by my seeing lots of compost worms living on the pile.
I removed a few hundred litres & mixed it with wood shavings, these have been placed in compost bins for a further six months. Then it will be ready for the garden. Mmm!

Meanwhile, my son who is (supposed to be) tending the pets here on the farm while I'm away, is looking decidedly shakey. So today I bought an automatic cat feeder. I didn't even know they existed until last night (my daighter suggested one), and today I have an appliance that deals out amounts of pellets at set times every day and even plays my recorded call let the cats know each time. It hasn't delivered yet, its due in just over 30 minutes, but I can't wait. .
PS: it worked. The voice message was very distorted & the pussies were leery, but the sound & smell of the crackers was too much. It may have just been curiosity though.
