I'm currently reading a book on how to love. No its not a dating book, it doesn't really even give out tips for grooming and make-up. It more a book about being loving rather than making love. 
One, or .maybe the critical elements are to love yourself and to not be too timid in sharing that love with the universe. With nature and everything in it. Its kind of complex and simple at the same time - the author has made the topic his life's work. 
   One exercise he encouraged readers to undertake was to write a love letter to yourself. I did it last night and boy its powerful. Its funny because I never knew it was a thing and had to ask Google for ideas to get started. But once I began,  happy to say, the rest came easy. The product was a list ofamy things that you've done that amaze you/me, and a list ofamy of your greatest attributes as a human being. In the end, i had a page or more, portrait or tribute to me. The impact is profound and deeply positive.

a skin thing?

As a surfer from my childhood years I escalated to surfing most days. If i wasn't surfing I was just going on or out of the surf, or at school or in latter yesrs work. Some school days would see me run home from the beach dripping wet, stuff cereal down & jog to school. At lunch break I would grab a bike & get a surf in.  On my twenties i took up sailing. If I wasn't actually sailing I would be working on my boat getting things ready. I spent two enjoyable winters on the tropical north.  In later life, I've mowed lawns for an income & continued to swim & sail when I can.  As old surfers know, there's a toll on your skin. On the day a gunman nicked ex president Trump's ear the world politcians decried violence as evil, undemocratic & so on, more than 39 people were killed in Palestine. These events highlight mass hypocrisy across the world with regards violence & race.  No one in the media industry will ever mention this hypocrisy.
